Ashley Doyal Ashley Doyal
As an HR & recruiting leader in the Austin tech community, Ashley has been a passionate advocate for diversity and accessibility in tech for over 7 years.  Her expertise lies in sourcing, recruiting and retaining diverse teams for a variety of technology and gaming companies (including Electronic Arts, ZeniMax/Bethesda Softworks, and Pandora).

 

 

Gina HelfrichGina Helfrich
Gina has been actively involved in promoting diversity and inclusion for over 12 years and possesses deep expertise in women’s and gender studies. She earned her doctorate from Emory University and is the former Director of the Harvard College Women’s Center at Harvard University.

Kevin-Bio-ImageKevin Putegnat founded his first company in college and never looked back.  Iterating over the next 15+ years, Kevin Putegnat is a lifelong serial entrepreneur and CEO.  Part catalyst, part team builder, and part technologist, Kevin has a proven ability to pinpoint profitable opportunities and capitalize on them.  While all of his companies have been founded in the tech space, his early companies centered around building software and IP in niche markets.  He later went on to build technology firms in both B2B and B2G, filling technology demands for fortune 500 companies and the federal government.

As a seasoned entrepreneur, Kevin Putegnat shares his experience and knowledge through mentorship programs, speaking engagements, startup groups, and investment opportunities.  Recently, Kevin Putegnat was interviewed by Eric Schurenberg, President and Editor of Inc Magazine, on a panel at Startup Week in Colorado where they discussed the triumphs and challenges of entrepreneurship.  Kevin is also the founder of ATX NoPay Startup, an intensive startup group that leverages the human capital of the group’s members to test, fortify, and mentor new startup ventures.

Kevin Putegnat evangelizes his business philosophy of finding revenue streams early to fund growth and build stability.  He spends his time looking for new opportunities, studying trends, and connecting with other entrepreneurs.  Second only to spending time with his family, Kevin’s favorite thing to do is share war stories and work through hard problems over a good meal with smart people.  In whatever time he has left, Kevin pursues adventures in life through travel, the outdoors, food, and learning new things.
